Welcome to the latest batch of Tidewave updates!
Hot off the press, you can now customize tool approval per project, under the project Settings:

You may also have noticed a new tab in Settings called “Labs”. That’s where we will place experiments that we need your valuable feedback on before rolling them out to everyone:

At the moment, we are trying out an optimized version of our write/edit tools which become minimal diffs and are truncated to reduce context usage. Notice this may change model behaviour, so if you see any unexpected behaviour, please let us know!
Many users have also asked more visibility into their trial stage, so we added a tiny bit of information right below the prompt box:

Public roadmap
In the past nine days, we have received amazing feedback about Tidewave, so we decided to consolidate the most asked features in a public roadmap on GitHub. We have also prepared a board so you can closely follow at which stage your favorite feature is at.
If you want to request a feature, the best way is join our Discord and provide feedback in the relevant channels. We continuously evaluate user feedback and prioritize development based on demand and impact. And if you see any feature you like in the roadmap, give it a 👍! This helps us gauge community interest and prioritize features.
Happy surfing!
